Departing April 29, 2013 from Petaluma, CA and arriving May 26, 2013 in Yorktown, VA, off-duty members of the U.S. Coast Guard will drive an electrically powered cart across America. The drive will be completed to solicit the public's support and raise awareness to help support the injured service members of the Wounded Warrior Project.
The crew plans to drive 200 miles a day stopping along the way at United States Coast Guard installations, VFWs and other military areas.
